These agencies help companies quickly staff roles for projects, seasonal work, or to cover employee absences. Job seekers benefit by gaining work experience, flexibility, and sometimes a path to permanent employment. Temp agencies handle much of the hiring process, including screening, payroll, and sometimes training, making it easier for both employers and workers.
