About the Role:
You will support projects from concept through final delivery, turning ideas and complex topics into clear, engaging video and audio content. You will work with creative partners to produce high-quality videos, podcasts, remote recordings, webcasts, and learning programs that meet brand, timeline, and budget expectations. You will be hands-on across all phases of production and help keep projects organized, efficient, and technically sound. You will report to the Lead Multimedia Production Manager as an individual contributor. You will use a hybrid work schedule.
You Will:
  • Manage assigned projects through pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Track timelines and quality control to ensure projects stay on course
  • Deliver final videos in required formats for web, events, learning platforms, and archives
  • Edit short and long form video content using non-linear editing tools and create basic motion graphics
  • Oversee sound design, including sourcing/recording voiceovers, music, and audio mixing
  • Conduct or support remote recordings and virtual productions, including webcasts and recorded sessions
  • Conduct or support production work in studio and on-site at conferences and events
  • Follow established production processes and look for ways to improve workflow, tools, and collaboration across teams
  • Manage video assets, media libraries, and storage systems
  • Maintain a general working knowledge of studio and field production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Television, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in all phases of video production
  • Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging video content
  • Experience supporting remote recordings, virtual productions, and recorded sessions
  • Experience delivering content for web, events, learning platforms, and archival systems
  • Experience managing video assets, media libraries, and storage systems

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $54,000 - $67,000
