• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
