WHO WE ARE

RightSite Health (RSH) is redefining emergency response by helping 911 callers get the care they need: safely, quickly, and without an unnecessary trip to the ER. We pair board-certified emergency physicians, registered nurses, and trained navigators to deliver virtual care in real time. Our mission is clear: keep people safe, stabilize care, and make the system work better for everyone

WHO YOU ARE

As RightSite scales rapidly, we are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our dispatch operations and clinical workflows. This role is essential in improving patient flow, reducing prescription turnaround time, and enhancing navigator and physician efficiency. The RightSite RN will work closely with physicians and navigators to provide critical frontline support during call time periods. This position is based in our San Antonio, Texas office.

Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | 5 days/week

1 for Shift C: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage prescription workflows, including refills, clarifications, and pharmacy follow-ups under standing protocol
  • Support high-touch patients who require clinical insight or care plan clarification, but not full provider management
  • Coordinate with physician and navigator teams to ensure timely care handoffs and patient updates.
  • Monitor ongoing cases for escalation needs and ensure timely backup activation when necessary
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in all workflows
  • In times of high volume surges, serve as the first point of clinical support during dispatch call surges, triaging and maintaining communication flow when physician backup is activated

COMPETENCIES

At RightSite Health, we are big believers in competencies. Competencies are different from technical skills or experience. Technical skills describe the 'what' you do, whereas competencies describe 'how' you do it. Following is a list of competencies required for success in an RN role:

  • Judgment: Clinical decision-making with limited information
  • Composure: Staying grounded under pressure
  • Adaptability: Comfort with volume swings and evolving workflows
  • Collaboration: Team-first mentality across clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Initiative: Anticipates needs and escalates proactively
  • Communication: Clear, kind, and timely with all stakeholders

OUR GUIDING VALUES

At RightSite Health, we do more than profess our values. We practice them through an agreed-upon and shared set of behaviors that make up our DNA. We are clear about what is important to us, and we take care that our intentions, words, thoughts, and behaviors align with those values.

Teamwork: We have the courage to ask for help and fearlessly share information with team members. We are driven to help each other and share in the wins and losses.

Integrity: We are respectful, genuine, and openly hear and speak the truth. We are confident in our own abilities, but we think of others first.

Customer Focus: We deliver value and treat our patients with the same care, compassion, and empathy we would expect ourselves. We are committed to improving the lives of our patients, their families, and each other.

Tenacity: We recognize ambiguity and discomfort are part of success, and approach change with positivity. We accept adversity, overcome obstacles, and never give up.

Ownership: We take personal accountability for our actions and results and focus on solving the problem instead of assigning blame. We are free to place bets and embrace failure for its feedback and experiences.

Critical Thinking: We start with why, listen carefully and investigate thoroughly before drawing conclusions.

The RightSite Physicians group is a friendly corporation that works alongside RightSite Health. The companies are structured to ensure that a business will not influence the care that the physicians provide for their patients. The physician group has a singular core value that is added to the Guiding Values above:
