• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities that promote personal growth, healing, and well-being.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, regularly assessing client progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges such as mobility issues or geographic limitations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health counseling.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. • Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to counseling.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseload and therapy schedules.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to manage remote client interactions effectively.
• Familiarity with therapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems that facilitate remote practice.
• Specialty training or experience in trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, Cogwheel Behavioral Health provides:
