Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Teledata Estimator. The Teledata Estimator will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed cost estimates for telecommunications and data infrastructure projects. This includes analyzing project blueprints, plans, and specifications, engaging in bid preparation, collaborating with team members to determine accurate project costs, and managing vendor and subcontractor pricing. The role primarily entails ensuring that project bids are competitive while adhering to budgetary goals and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing blueprints, and understanding project specifications.
  • Proficiency in project pricing, bid preparation, and vendor or subcontractor relationship management.
  • Experience with telecommunications, structured cabling, and data infrastructure systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, secure infrastructure, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project estimation software and strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
