THE ROLE

The Project Manager provides execution and operational support for the Data Cloud Applications team. This role is responsible for maintaining project hygiene, supporting tooling and reporting standards, and ensuring consistent daytoday progress across active Applications initiatives. The position partners closely with Applications leadership to improve visibility, reinforce processes, support prioritization and delivery of wellscoped work, and support collaboration and accountability with other teams at Zeta.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Track timelines, milestones, and dependencies for Applications work in progress, with closed-loop follow-up of all prior week open questions and action items
  • Coordinate and project manage small, clearly defined projects end-to-end
  • Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and escalation of routine blockers
  • Support daytoday execution to maintain momentum across active initiatives
  • Escalate and support course correction of at-risk projects

Reporting, Tooling & Documentation

  • Own reporting hygiene across Asana and FullStory, ensuring updates are timely, accurate, and consistent
  • Maintain and update project status documentation, dashboards, and tracking artifacts
  • Ensure adherence to standard templates, workflows, and project management tools
  • Proactively recommend enhancements and best practices to improve efficient and effective project execution

Intake, Queues & Prioritization Support

  • Manage the OE enhancements queue, including intake coordination, status tracking, and prioritization support
  • Assist the AVP with prioritization preparation by providing capacity visibility, dependency awareness, and tradeoff context

Process & Standards Reinforcement

  • Reinforce consistent use of approved processes, tools, and templates across Applications work
  • Identify recurring execution or process issues and surface them with clear context and supporting detail

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-6 years of experience in project management, operations, or a coordination role
  • Strong organizational and attentiontodetail skills
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana (or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams concurrently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated follow-through and accountability

PREFERRED SKILLS

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on location and experience.
