System Integrations is seeking to add an enthusiastic member to our Project Mangement team.

The Project Manager position is an advanced position within the infrastructure division. The main function of the Project Manager is to oversee the day to day operations of projects and teams assigned to projects. The Project Manager works closely with the infrastructure team, clients, contractors, and sub-contractors to install and maintain communications circuits in new and existing facilities. This position serves as a member of the design team for development of project process plans. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining profitability on large and small projects for which they have been assigned.

Responsibilities:

  1. Update clients and contractors daily on assigned projects.
  2. Verify installations to specifications, codes, and regulations.
  3. Verify correct job reporting from their assigned Project Leaders.
  4. Address design concerns or installation problems with the design team.
  5. Maintain company assets (vehicles/tools) for assigned teams and projects.
  6. Enforce company policies and procedures daily for assigned teams.
  7. Maintain profit goals for assigned projects.
  8. Verify and catalog accurate tests results and as built documentation
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  10. Prepare weekly progress reports for clients, contractors.
  11. Prepare weekly progress reports for the Operations and Division Managers.
  12. Must perform weekly site visits to all active projects that are being managed by the them. Those site visits will consist of install reviews, team meetings, customer and or general contractor meetings.
  13. Project manger is to be accountable for the projects overall performance, timeline, resources and the project’s profitability.
  14. Will be accountable to properly schedule plan and prepare material orders for all projects that are being managed by them.
