SAIC is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to support and maintain voice, data, and video networks. The ideal candidate will plan, install, troubleshoot, and upgrade telecommunications systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support voice, data, and video telecommunications systems.
  • Install and maintain fiber optic, copper, and wireless cabling.
  • Configure and support routers, switches, and network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide technical guidance for VoIP, PBX, and Unified Communications systems.

Required:
