What your day-to-day will look like:
Delivering projects: Successfully managing and leading projects frominceptionto completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Projects, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proficiencyin project management software.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintainrelationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuringhigh levelsof engagement and performance.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
Professional certification in project management (PMP)

Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
