GAC Enterprises LLC is a construction company supporting telecom, utility, and infrastructure projects across the United States. We pride ourselves on safety, quality, and the development of our field leaders.

The Role

We're looking for a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of construction projects, working closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers. This is the entry point into Construction Management — perfect for someone ready to develop project coordination, planning, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do
  • Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements
  • Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations
  • Provide direction and support to Field Supervisors and crews
  • Monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and field resources
  • Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting
  • Support submission of production reports, timecards, and field documentation
  • Communicate field updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements
Working Conditions

Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites. Travel may be required (10-50%). Additional hours may be required based on project needs.

What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience
  • Prior experience in a field leadership role required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred
  • Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills
  • Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
Pay & Benefits
  • $70,000-$85,000 per year
