The Reservations Sales Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service through the hotel's centralized guest service and communications center. Reporting to the Reservations Sales Manager, this role manages guest inquiries, reservations, requests, and telecommunications operations while ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury standards and service culture of The Global Ambassador.

  • Serve as a single point of contact for guests, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
  • Manage guest requests and inquiries via phone, text, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution.
  • Manage hotel, spa, and dining reservations with precision while maximizing revenue by identifying guest needs, delivering personalized recommendations, and driving up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across hotel services and experiences
  • Operate the hotel's PBX and telecommunications systems, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and routed appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Spa, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest needs and service requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, services, dining venues, spa offerings, membership programs, and local attractions.
  • Accurately document guest preferences, requests, and interactions within hotel systems.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Completes other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, reservations, front office, concierge, call center, or customer service environments.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating meaningful connections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and service-focused when handling guest requests and concerns.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems, reservation platforms, and PBX systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
