Job description

AT&T is seeking a Director - Retail Sales to lead a large retail territory spanning Upstate New York, Vermont, and portions of the Hudson Valley. This leader will drive business performance, customer experience, operational execution, and team engagement across company-owned retail locations while partnering closely with authorized retail and market leadership teams.

The ideal candidate is a visible, field-based leader who excels at developing leaders, building relationships, creating accountability, and driving consistent execution across a large geographic footprint.

What You'll Do

- Lead retail performance across a large multi-site territory, driving growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.

- Coach and develop Area Managers and retail leaders to strengthen performance and execution.

- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

- Partner with market, operations, staffing, and authorized retail teams to align priorities and improve customer outcomes.

- Maintain a strong field presence, regularly visiting stores and engaging leaders across the territory.
