GS-13 - $111,119 - $144,457Qualifications:GS-13
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience completing Interservice Radio Frequency Management School (IRFMS) or the Army equivalent Electromagnetic Spectrum Managers Course.
  • Experience performing as an expertise in Radio Frequency Management at Agency, National and Internation level.
  • Experience demonstrating a strong background in international treaties, National agreements and arrangements pertaining to frequency protection and spectrum efficiency.

In addition, there are Individual Occupational Requirements:
Specialized Experience (for positions above GS-5): Experience in evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing, or improving communications systems, procedures, and requirements that demonstrated knowledge of current developments and trends in communications concepts and technology.
