Telecommunications Account Managers are professionals responsible for managing relationships with clients who purchase telecommunication products and services. They act as the main point of contact between the client and the telecommunications company, ensuring that client needs are met and that services are delivered effectively. Their duties often include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
