About Us

We are a rapidly growing data center infrastructure company delivering white space fit-out projects for hyperscale cloud and AI customers across the United States and Asia. Our projects include structured cabling, busway systems, power distribution, containment systems, and mission-critical data center infrastructure.

We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager to support the successful delivery of data center projects throughout the Northern Virginia market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day execution of data center fit-out projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule, budget, or quality
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and customer expectations
  • Support project handover, documentation, and final acceptance activities
QualificationsRequired
  • 2โ€“5 years of project management experience in one or more of the following industries:
  • Data Centers
  • Construction
  • MEP
  • Structured Cabling
  • Telecommunications Infrastructure
  • Mission Critical Facilities
  • Fluent in
  • English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required within the United States
Preferred
  • Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data center projects
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management software
  • PMP, CAPM, or related project management certifications
  • Experience working with international customers and vendors
