Job description

  • Serve as the primary technical specialist for Agentforce Revenue Billing across TMT accounts
  • Provide solution engineering support across the Agentforce Revenue Management Quote-to-Cash suite
  • Lead discovery and build tailored demos, proof of concepts, and presentations focused on ARB monetization
  • Connect ARB demonstrations to the broader ARM Quote-to-Cash story
  • Map transition strategies for customers migrating from legacy Salesforce CPQ, legacy Salesforce Billing, Zuora, Oracle, and NetSuite
  • Advise enterprise customers on billing evolution, subscription models, consumption/usage-based pricing, media licensing, and Telecom rating/mediation
  • Translate revenue recognition rules, deferred revenue schedules, and downstream ERP integrations into platform designs
  • Mentor Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM best practices
  • Represent the customer perspective to Product Management and help shape billing and revenue roadmaps
  • Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams across enterprise sales cycles
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or a technical revenue operations role within High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications
  • Deep technical focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB)
  • Working knowledge and support capabilities in Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM), legacy Salesforce CPQ, and legacy Salesforce Billing
  • Understanding of how legacy CPQ/Billing models transition into native ARM and ARB objects and workflows
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles and how billing events feed financial subledgers and ERPs such as NetSuite
  • Solid grasp of TMT monetization patterns, including metered usage/consumption, Telecom rating engines, and media rights pricing
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and present to billing architects through C-suite executives
  • Hands‑on experience with implementations, demos, or migrations involving ARB, ARM, legacy Salesforce CPQ/Billing, or competing platforms such as Zuora, Oracle Billing, or Aria Systems
  • Official Salesforce Certifications preferred, including Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud / Billing credentials
  • Track record of building presales enablement assets, demo environments, or competitive migration guides
