Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Job: Project Manager
Work Location: Temple, TX
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Work Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off)
Travel: Up to 10%
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Job Description:
  • Support the Bradley A4E1 Program Management team by managing vehicle and hardware deliveries on time and within budget.
  • Lead onsite program activities supporting the U.S. Army Bradley post-production integration efforts.
  • Manage program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Contracts, and Finance.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules covering multiple projects and contracts.
  • Manage the flow of vehicles and hardware to support on-time contract deliveries.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while managing opportunities.
  • Prepare and present project status, technical reviews, and executive updates to customers and leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, staffing plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and contingency plans.
  • Monitor project performance, identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and track metrics.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 6+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes.
  • Strong project scheduling and budget management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present project status to internal and external leadership.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
