About the Position: 

Working as an individual contributor and reporting to the President of our Commercial Division, this position is responsible for planning and organizing people and projects related to the Learning and Development program at Ace. This position will work closely with internal senior leadership and allied staff to develop conceptual ideas and data into executable projects, with a focus on driving efficiency and impact across the business.

Accountability

  • Work with trainers, analysts and Executive stakeholders to document objectives and business cases and timelines

Communication

  • Implement and monitor project execution and communicate the progress of each project, including achievement of project milestones
  • Coordinate and facilitate project kick-off meetings and regular status meetings, utilizing project status reports with key stakeholders of each project

  • Promote teamwork, cooperation, and mutual respect among call center staff
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights, best practices, and customer feedback
  • Work together to achieve team and individual performance targets
  • Celebrate achievements and milestones together as a team
  • Foster and promote communication and collaboration across multiple business units and teams as a cross-functional leader

Exceptional Service

  • Work with subject matter experts to articulate solution designs and approaches to project execution
  • Develop and track risk mitigation, change control, change management, communication and quality assurance plans
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and continuously prioritize critical activities
  • Monitor and manage issue tracking and resolution within and around the project, elevating and communicating issues and roadblocks as needed

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a Human Resources or Learning and Development org
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple complex projects with numerous stakeholders across various levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
