Project Manager โ€“ Structured Cabling, AV & SecurityOverview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across structured cabling, audio/visual (AV), and security systems (access control and surveillance) within the telecom and low-voltage space.


Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Oversee execution of:
    • Structured cabling systems (Cat6, fiber)
    • AV systems (displays, conferencing solutions)
    • Security systems (CCTV, access control)
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (TIA/EIA, NEC, BICSI)
Budget & Cost Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Track project costs and drive cost-effective solutions
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and billing
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Provide consistent project updates, reporting, and status communication
  • Manage expectations and proactively resolve issues
Quality Assurance & Safety
  • Conduct site walks, inspections, and quality control checks
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
  • Identify, document, and resolve project deficiencies
Documentation & Closeout
  • Maintain accurate project documentation (drawings, schedules, submittals, closeout packages)
  • Lead project closeout and post-project reviews
