Job description

B Comm Constructors LLC was formed in 2013 as a small telecom construction and repair company, with the aspiration to become a comprehensive firm capable of design and engineering as well. In 2022, B Comm joined Future Infrastructure, a Primoris Company, who is a leading communications infrastructure specialty contractor offering program management, engineering, construction, and maintenance services to the leading communications companies across U.S. markets.
The Project Coordinator will collaborate with in-field management to ensure data is extracted from the field and translated into company record for deliverables that reflect accuracy, quality of work, compliance with standards and specifications, and consistency. This role reports to the Project Manager and senior operations leadership. Must live near, Austin TX.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Project Management Team, Construction Team, and Splice Team as needed to ultimately provide support including updating and maintaining milestone forecast, project documentation creation and uploads, vendor PO requests and municipal permit applications.
  • Attend all in-person and virtual project meeting requests with Customers and internal teams.
  • Align communications with field inspectors, Customer Agents, City Staff / Regulatory Agency Representatives
  • Provide Project Coordination, Oversight, and Logistics Management
  • Collection of construction close-out information and organization into a presentable format for delivery to the Customer in a timely manner, calling out and flagging potential risks, delays, blockers, challenges, etc. Report all hindrances to Project Management Team for mitigation and risk planning.
  • Creation and continual update of Construction and Splicing Redlines including remediation with field crews as needed for billing.
  • Data collection, management, and coordination with the team as required for project closeout and client specific deliverables.
  • Collection and processing of daily production report submittals from Construction Supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Translation of in-field production activities into central billing units, and reporting those units as required to the Customer in the Customer's prescribed format or proprietary software.
  • Creating reports of production, sharing metrics daily with team, tracking goals and milestones, and informing of remaining quantities and financial support.
  • Analyze prints and photos for accuracy and incorporate into reports, documents, and custom maps including taking remediation photos

Qualifications:
  • Experience with based reporting tools , design platforms and unique portal billing a plus
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role with required technical skills may suffice.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
  • Self-motivated and self-directed including possessing strong communication skills, verbal and written with ability to train others for team success
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to perform in-depth analysis with many different types of data including Excel and SmartSheets, PowerPoint, Bluebean, Adobe.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
