What are the common challenges faced by telecom project managers when coordinating cross-functional teams?

Telecom Project Managers often work with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, network specialists, and vendors, which can present challenges in communication and alignment of objectives. Balancing competing priorities, managing resource constraints, and ensuring that technical requirements are understood across all departments are common hurdles.
