What are Telecom Project Managers?

Telecom Project Managers are professionals responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing telecommunications projects, such as network installations, upgrades, and maintenance. They coordinate teams, manage budgets, set timelines, and ensure projects meet both technical and business requirements. Their work involves liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and technical staff to deliver projects on time and within scope.
