Bonus points for experience with MSO systems.
Exposure and knowledge of TM Forum eTOM/SID and TAM models desired but not required.
Roles & Responsibilities
โ€ข Solution Architect for OSS/BSS and their transformation, including enhancement to the current systems.
โ€ข IT business solution partner with the overall responsibility to gather and analyze business, operation or products requirements for the purpose of development, solution discovery and solutioning.
โ€ข Work with all levels of business functions within the company to understand problems with the IT business issues and propose resolutions.
โ€ข Gather business and technical requirements from users.
โ€ข Map requirements to the systems, including gap analysis and recommend suitable improvements.
โ€ข Analyze technology environment, requirements, set up collaboration framework, create solution prototype and participate in technology selection.
โ€ข Provide consultancy to users for all OSS/BSS related solutions, initiatives and matters.
โ€ข Lead in architectural areas to participate in delivering projects spanning across the OSS/BSS modules and the associated processes based on agreed timelines and budget.
โ€ข Understand architectural standards, guidelines, policies and best practices for technology, application and data within the domain.
