As a key leader in our operations, you’ll own both team performance and service delivery:

  • Lead & Develop Talent – Coach, mentor, and elevate a team of cable technicians through hands-on training, performance management, and career development
  • Drive Daily Operations – Plan routes, schedules, and workloads to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Be the Problem-Solver – Step in on complex installs and service issues, guiding your team to fast, effective resolutions
  • Own Quality Control – Conduct field audits, inspect completed work, and ensure every job meets our high standards
  • Champion Safety – Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
  • Deliver Results – Monitor KPIs like completion rates, first-time fix, and customer satisfaction—and take action to improve them
  • Bridge the Gap – Act as the connection between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
  • Manage Resources – Oversee tools, inventory, and materials to keep your team equipped and ready
  • Improve the Business – Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, faster ways to get the job done


What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in telecommunications, cable, or a related field
  • Strong technical expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and repair
