  • Own Quality Control โ€“ Conduct field audits, inspect completed work, and ensure every job meets our high standards
  • Champion Safety โ€“ Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
  • Deliver Results โ€“ Monitor KPIs like completion rates, first-time fix, and customer satisfactionโ€”and take action to improve them
