Your role and responsibilities

  • Serve as a leader and client advisor in customer experience transformation initiatives focused on Adobe Experience Platform.

  • Assist in Driving sales and go-to-market strategy for Adobe-led digital transformation engagements, collaborating closely with IBM's industry teams and alliance partners.

  • Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and solution design tailored to clients' marketing and data needs.

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Platform and its integrations with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, AJO, Target, Campaign).

  • Mentor and guide project teams across strategy, design, architecture, and development workstreams.

  • Support clients with data strategy, customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization using Adobe tools.

  • Stay current with Adobe product innovations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements (e.g., privacy, data governance).

This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, martech, or data platforms.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including 2+ years hands-on or strategic experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

  • Deep understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, real-time personalization, and journey orchestration.

  • Demonstrated success in a consulting or professional services leadership role.

  • Experience with business development, solution sales, and relationship management at the executive level.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration strategies involving cloud, CRM, analytics, and martech ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Adobe or industry certifications in Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, AJO, or Adobe Campaign.

  • Familiarity with privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and customer data governance best practices.

Cross-industry experience in retail, financial services, healthcare, or telecom.
