While working in theTransmission, Distribution andRenewablesDivisionat AtkinsRealis, you could put your skills to work in one of these key areas:

• SubstationLines and Infrastructure:Designs the infrastructurethatdeliverselectricityacrossthegrid,includingsubstations,overheadpowerlines, undergroundcables, and the structuresthatsupport thesafeand reliabledeliveryof power tocommunities.

• Protection, Control and Automation:Designs and implements protection, control, and automation systems for transmission, distribution, andgenerationfacilities to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the power system.

• SmartGridandSCADA:Develops and integrates industrial automation, monitoring, and control systems that help utilitiesoperateand manage transmission, distribution, and power generation facilities.

• Telecom:Designs and supports the communication systems that enable utilities tomonitor, control, and protect the electrical grid, including radio, fiber optic, and network infrastructure.

• SystemStudiesandSustainability:Uses engineeringanalysisand computermodelsto help utilities plan,improve, andmaintainasafeand reliableelectricalgrid.

• Newgraduate with abachelor's degree in electricalor Structuralengineering (Graduation in 2027).

• Excellent communication,teamworkand problem-solving skills

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $61,900 - $80,000annually) Base salaries aredeterminedaccording to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are alsotaken into accountin our offers.
