Position Overview

As Senior Sales Manager, this leader is responsible for growing revenue by developing the sales team, building national account relationships, creating new business opportunities, and holding the team accountable to performance. Their success is measured by pipeline growth, national account wins, team productivity, and revenue attainment.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, develop market expansion initiatives, and create a high-performing sales culture built around accountability, execution, and results.

This role combines sales leadership, strategic business development, vendor relationship management, pipeline accountability, marketing alignment, and team development. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in a fast-growing environment and understands how to create leverage through people, partnerships, and processes.

Your focus will include:
  • Revenue growth and margin improvement
  • New market development and growth initiatives
  • Sales process leadership, coaching and accountability.
  • Lead the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales planning process to ensure BROGAV achieves revenue, gross profit, and strategic growth objectives.
  • Ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned to generate qualified opportunities, strengthen brand awareness, and support long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth, Planning & Performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that support BROGAV’s annual, quarterly and monthly revenue and gross profit objectives.
  • Build actionable growth plans that ensure the organization consistently achieves or exceeds performance targets.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews and sales accountability meetings.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to keep the organization on pace to achieve goals.
  • Translate company vision and quarterly Rocks into measurable sales initiatives
  • Build a scalable sales model to support regional expansion and key account development
  • Establish sales processes, incentive plans, and performance metrics aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure sales initiatives align with strategic priorities
Sales Team Leadership and Accountability
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing sales organization.
  • Provide leadership and accountability to Strategic Solutions Executives, Client Solutions Advisors, and support staff
  • Support talent development, succession planning, onboarding and organization growth.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, scorecard reviews, and performance coaching
  • Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, customer success and continuous improvement.
  • Address performance gaps quickly with clear expectations and corrective action plans
  • Support onboarding and offboarding decisions as needed
  • Drive CRM discipline and reporting.
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, service offerings, and growth opportunities that align with BROGAV's long-term vision
  • Develop relationships with key customers, consultants, buying groups, contractors, and industry organizations that create new opportunities for the sales team
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives ,market trends and competitive positioning.
  • Help shape company growth strategy through data-driven decision making and market intelligence
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and partnerships that support BROGAV's continued expansion
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen BROGAV's position as the easiest and most trusted value-add solutions provider in the data center industry
  • Develop relationships with high-value national accounts and open strategic doors that create opportunities for the sales team.
  • Assist sales team in closing complex opportunities.
Operational Rhythm and Execution

This role is expected to operate with disciplined leadership cadence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Five or more years of progressive sales leadership experience in the data center, telecom, power, or infrastructure industry

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
