  • Job Title:Telecom Integration Manager
  • Location:Mount Pleasant, WI (onsite) 53406

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the integration of telecom systems in data center projects
  • Act as the owner's representative for all telecom-related matters
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Provide technical expertise and support for telecom infrastructure

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years in data center or mission-critical telecom infrastructure, with direct experience on large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven experience reviewing telecom construction drawings - this is a firm requirement.
  • Must be able to speak in detail to specific drawing sets they have reviewed, marked up, or approved.
  • Strong Layer 1 expertise: structured cabling systems, single-mode and multimode fiber, copper backbone, pathways and spaces, telecom room design, grounding and bonding.
  • Experience in a coordination, owner's representative, consulting, or construction management capacity

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary] for this position is between [$180,000- $220,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
