At TelCom Construction, LLC, as a Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team, you'll oversee crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You'll also manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

What you'll do
  • Lead crews to meet project timelines
  • Safely operate and control assigned equipment
  • Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
  • Oversee and help with training of crew members
  • Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
  • Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
  • Perform work in all weather conditions
  • All other duties as assigned

What you'll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • A valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
  • At least three years of related experience
  • Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures
  • Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
  • Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
