Job description

We are seeking a Network / UC Specialist (VTC/Circuits) to provide circuit management and unified communications support to sustain reliable connectivity and conferencing capabilities in secure environments. This role coordinates telecommunications service actions, supports VTC readiness, tracks issues through closure, and produces time-sensitive reporting and documentation required for operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecommunications circuits, including submitting and tracking Telecommunications Service Requests (TSRs), web orders, and service provisioning activities while coordinating with external service providers to ensure timely delivery and validating services against authorized Telecommunications Service Orders (TSOs).
  • Maintain comprehensive circuit inventory records, historical documentation, and configuration data, conducting periodic audits, revalidations, and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy, accountability, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Provide operational support for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) environments, including installation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of conferencing hardware, software, codecs, displays, and related communications equipment to ensure high system availability and performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot VTC network connectivity, bandwidth utilization, and telecommunications services, coordinating conference support activities and rapidly resolving connectivity, service, and performance issues to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Prepare and deliver circuit completion, exception, and status reports within established timelines, while providing recurring updates to leadership and stakeholders on open telecommunications and VTC issues, service requests, and project progress.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience: 3+ years circuit management, telecom, VTC, or network support.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree in IT/Business (preferred); equivalent experience considered.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
  • Certification Requirements: CompTIA Security+ or CCNA (preferred).
  • Travel may be required for role.
  • Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role: Working knowledge of DISA circuit processes and telecom workflows; strong documentation and customer coordination skills.

Salary Range: $88,000 to $111,000
The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
