Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Telecom OSS/BSS or eCommerce / Retail
  • Preference for experience with Wireless service providers.
  • Bonus points for experience with MSO systems.
  • Exposure and knowledge of TM Forum eTOM/SID and TAM models desired but not required.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Solution Architect for OSS/BSS and their transformation, including enhancement to the current systems.
  • IT business solution partner with the overall responsibility to gather and analyze business, operation or products requirements for the purpose of development, solution discovery and solutioning.
  • Work with all levels of business functions within the company to understand problems with the IT business issues and propose resolutions.
  • Gather business and technical requirements from users.
  • Map requirements to the systems, including gap analysis and recommend suitable improvements.
  • Analyze technology environment, requirements, set up collaboration framework, create solution prototype and participate in technology selection.
  • Provide consultancy to users for all OSS/BSS related solutions, initiatives and matters.
  • Lead in architectural areas to participate in delivering projects spanning across the OSS/BSS modules and the associated processes based on agreed timelines and budget.
  • Understand architectural standards, guidelines, policies and best practices for technology, application and data within the domain.
  • Provide timely and detailed Domain knowledge for use by others in support of development of the overall IT Strategy and other architectural planning.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

  • Communication & Leadership
  • Proven experience with Bloodhound Enterprise and related security tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Experience with server management, infrastructure maintenance and Change Management processes.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Domain and Attack Path Prioritization:
  • Identify and prioritize critical domains and attack paths within those domains, for remediation and provide prioritization recommendations upon request.
  • Analyze security data to determine the most effective remediation strategies

Remediation Guidance:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on remediation techniques and best practices, as well as occasionally helping global teams troubleshoot remediation efforts being undertaken for findings.

Cloud Transition:

  • Lead the conversion of on-premises collector servers to AWS-based collector servers.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient transition to cloud infrastructure that retains equivalent collection capability,keeping in mind latency and other factors.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance:
  • Perform any needed maintenance or security improvements on existing infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Server Management:
  • Create new collector servers in AWS for newly-discovered domains in the enterprise if needed.
  • Generic Managerial Skills, If any
