Job description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Integrity: Execute full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR, General Ledger maintenance and monthly bank/credit card reconciliations.

Project & Contract Billing: Manage the billing lifecycle for complex telecom projects, including hardware sales, professional service hours, and maintenance/monthly recurring billing.

Vendor & Carrier Liaison: Manage relationships and resolve billing discrepancies with upstream carriers and hardware partners.

Office Administrative: Maintain corporate records, manage office supplies, and provide administrative support to the executive team.

HR & Payroll Support: Process payroll and commissions for our sales and engineering teams; assist with benefits administration and onboarding.


Qualifications & Skills

Proven Track Record 5+ years of experience in a combined Bookkeeping/Office Management role, preferably within a VoIP, UCaas sectors.

Tax Knowledge: A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape (USF, Cost Recovery Fees, and state-level telecom excise taxes.)

Software Proficiency: Expert in Quickbooks Enterprise and high-level excel. Experience with telecom billing platforms is a major plus.

Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex billing/tax line items to enterprise clients.
