We''re seeking an experienced Telecom Services & Expense Management Analyst to support telecom expense management, financial analysis, and vendor administration within a large enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities

โœ… Manage telecom expense forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning

โœ… Analyze telecom invoices, usage, and contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities

โœ… Monitor telecom spending, reconcile billing discrepancies, and process payments

โœ… Prepare budget variance reports and financial presentations

โœ… Track telecom assets and ensure inventory accuracy

โœ… Support vendor management, invoice validation, and contract compliance

โœ… Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and financial systems

โœ… Assist with annual budgeting, audits, and procurement activities

โœ… Maintain telecom databases and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

โœ” Experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM)

โœ” Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills
