Customer Service Representative

Location: 9 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, NY 11201- 

Interview Type: in-person interviews.

Schedule & Flexibility

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM/ Flexibility is required as business hours expand

What You’ll Do
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Deliver polished, professional written and verbal communication
• Draft clear, concise, and solution-focused email correspondence
• Accurately document customer interactions in ServiceNow
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Work independently while contributing positively to a small group dynamic
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent service standards

Requesting:
• Call center experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written communication and professional email drafting ability
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
• Strong typing skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• ServiceNow experience (preferred)
• Technically savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable, dependable, and self-motivated
