Job description

Marketing Coordinator- Contract Temporary
We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Marketing Coordinator for an approximately 4-month contract engagement. You'll support demand generation, event coordination, content development, and social media management - working across key platforms and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to move campaigns and projects forward.
What You'll Do
  • Demand Generation: Build HubSpot landing pages and forms, deploy lead generation email campaigns, and manage organic social media content to drive engagement.
  • Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Build and maintain project plans in Monday.com, track owners, deadlines, and dependencies across booth, logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up. No travel required.
  • Content & Collateral: Help develop and update brochures, presentations, one-pagers, and other sales and marketing assets.
  • Social Media Management: Manage organic and paid social content calendars, social monitoring, and efforts to grow follower and influencer engagement.
  • Reporting: Provide actionable reporting and metrics to inform campaign optimization and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or marketing operations
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience required (landing pages and forms)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and organic B2B social media
  • Experience with Monday.com or a comparable project management tool
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Plus: Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
