What is a Tel Hai?

Tel Hai refers to a historical site and kibbutz in northern Israel, best known for its role in the early 20th-century defense of Jewish settlements. The most notable event associated with Tel Hai is the 1920 battle in which Jewish defenders, including Joseph Trumpeldor, fought to protect the community from hostile attacks. Today, Tel Hai is both a thriving kibbutz and an educational center, commemorating its historical significance and serving as a symbol of pioneering spirit in Israel.
