The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-centric, and results-driven Customer Success Representative to partner closely with our Regional Account Managers to drive retention, renewals, and in-season engagement across an assigned territory.
This role is critical to ensuring customers fully operationalize Taranis within their business, clearly understand and realize ROI, and expand their engagement through the Intelligence platform.
Success in this role comes from proactive communication, strong follow-through, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to guide customers through the full seasonal lifecycle - from pre-season alignment to post-season renewal.
This position is located in the headquarters office in Westfield, IN and requires periodic travel to customer locations across the Midwest, Great Plains, and Delta South.
The Goal of This Role
  • Drive high renewal rates through measurable ROI delivery and consistent engagement
  • Increase grower enrollment in Intelligence programs
  • Identify and execute in-season upsell opportunities
  • Support Regional Account Managers in expanding and deepening account relationships
  • Ensure customers clearly understand how to operationalize Taranis within their workflows

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Regional Account Manager as the territory's Customer Success lead
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned accounts
  • Drive pre-season onboarding alignment and expectation setting
  • Maintain proactive, high-touch communication throughout the growing season
  • Monitor account health, adoption metrics, and engagement levels
  • Deliver ROI reviews and seasonal business summaries to support renewal conversations
  • Identify in-season expansion and upsell opportunities and coordinate execution with RAM
  • Deliver virtual and in-person trainings, platform walkthroughs, and webinars
  • Proactively resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Document activity, account updates, and renewal status in Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Flight Operations to ensure seamless execution

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in agricultural retail, cooperative, agronomy, or customer-facing ag roles
  • Strong understanding of corn and soybean production systems
  • Experience managing customer relationships and driving retention
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate value and ROI to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong accountability and follow-up
  • Willingness to travel periodically within assigned region

Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)
  • Experience in Precision Agriculture or AgTech
  • Familiarity with digital agronomy tools, imagery, or data-driven platforms
  • CCA certification
  • Experience using Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zoom
