What You'll Do:

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first face prospective residents meet—and the key to turning leads into leases. You'll connect with people, share what makes our communities great, and help them feel right at home. You'll also work closely with your property manager and team to hit leasing goals, support marketing efforts, and deliver outstanding resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and tour prospective residents, building strong rapport
  • Showcase apartments and explain features, benefits, and pricing
  • Respond quickly to leads via phone, email, and in-person
  • Follow up and guide prospects through the leasing process
  • Close leases with confidence—securing applications and deposits
  • Keep our leasing office, show units, and tour paths looking sharp
  • Assist with marketing, events, outreach, and community engagement
  • Enter data, maintain organized files, and support daily operations
