• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, collecting pertinent data about clients' mental health histories, personal strengths, and support systems, to inform individualized treatment strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care—to provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to ensure holistic, coordinated care that addresses the complex needs of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans featuring specific, measurable goals and interventions, promoting ownership of the therapeutic process amongst clients.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psycho-education classes, and support groups, aimed at fostering peer support and enhancing coping strategies among participants.
• Provide timely and compassionate crisis intervention, engaging in risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to ensure client welfare.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate record-keeping.

Your expertise will primarily serve adolescents grappling with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Understanding the unique challenges teens face today, including social pressures, academic stressors, and family dynamics, is crucial for building effective therapeutic relationships and fostering resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring foundational knowledge and skills essential for effective practice in clinical settings.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing for independent practice and delivering high-quality care.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating the application of theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
