Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Companion

We’re currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) — also known as Caregivers or Companions — to join our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) program. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others thrive, learning new skills, and creating real impact every day, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Do:
As a DSP / Caregiver Companion, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical support that helps individuals live more independently in their communities.
Your day-to-day might include:
  • Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Supporting personal hygiene and financial management
  • Encouraging socialization and building confidence
  • Providing light housekeeping assistance
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and following care plans
Every shift brings an opportunity to help someone grow, smile, and succeed!
What You’ll Need:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record (3+ years)
  • Hold or be willing to obtain Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Person-Centered certifications (we’ll help you with the training!)
  • Be flexible and able to travel within assigned areas
