As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
  • Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
  • Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
  • Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
  • Performs opening and/or closing duties.
  • Performs store checklist tasks.
  • Shows up on time and ready to work.
  • Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Qualifications

  • Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude.
