As a Family Advocate, you'll serve as an advocate for children and families enrolled in our program by developing and maintaining relationships to promote socioeconomic mobility, family wellness, family development, and parent involvement to engage families and support their efforts to achieve overall positive family outcomes and school readiness for children. This position works with a variety of Youth In Need's Childcare Partners in St. Louis.

This Position:
  • We are interested in Family Advocates with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (or related) or Family Development Credential (YIN can help you obtain this!), and more than one year experience working with high-risk families.
  • The ability to be CPR certified and a Class E Driver's License are required.
