My Time 2 Launch (MT2L) is a neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy organization providing in-home and community-based services across Florida, Georgia, and Michigan. We were founded on a simple but uncommon premise: that behavioral therapy should expand a person's autonomy, not just their compliance. Our proprietary Empowerment Model puts autonomy, assent, communication, regulation, and connection at the center of everything we do treating the people we serve as partners in their own growth rather than subjects of it. Led by a BCBA who is a mom of a young adult on the spectrum with more than two decades in behavioral healthcare, MT2L exists to help individuals on the spectrum build the real-world skills, self-advocacy, and independence that let them launch into the lives they choose for themselves.
My Time 2 Launch is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a bright, articulate, and highly communicative teenager on the autism spectrum. This is an engaging role for someone who enjoys working with a capable young person ready to build real-world independence.
The focus of this position is independence and daily-living skills practical, meaningful goals worked on both in the home and out in the community (think running errands, navigating public spaces, managing routines, self-advocacy, and the everyday competencies that build toward greater autonomy). Because this teen is verbal and socially engaged, the work is collaborative and conversation-rich; the right technician will be someone who can connect authentically, respect the teen's voice and preferences, and coach with warmth rather than just direct.
Schedule:
  • Summer: Monday through Friday, 12:005:00 PM
  • Fall: Flexible afterschool hours to fit the school-year routine
