Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Functional Consultant to join our team. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions to optimize international trade processes for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP GTS implementations, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP GTS solutions, focusing on areas such as Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party List Screening, Embargo, Legal Control), Customs Management (Customs Declarations, Import/Export Processing), and Risk Management (Preference Processing, Restitution).
* Perform system configuration and customization in SAP GTS modules to meet specific client needs.
* Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct workshops, provide user training, and create comprehensive documentation (functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals).
* Troubleshoot and resolve SAP GTS-related issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
* Stay updated with the latest SAP GTS functionalities, industry best practices, and international trade regulations.
* Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and effort estimations, as required.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP GTS Functional Consultant, with at least two full lifecycle implementation projects.
* In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
* Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs processes, and compliance requirements.
* Experience with integration between SAP GTS and other SAP modules (S/4HANA SD, MM, FI) and external systems.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* SAP GTS certification is a plus.
* Prior consulting experience is highly desirable.
