We're hiring a Level 1 / Level 1.5 IT Support Specialist to join a growing organization in Vaughan, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands-on technical support, troubleshooting user issues, and working across desktop, application, and systems support in a collaborative environment.

You'll be the first point of contact for end users, helping keep technology running smoothly while gaining exposure to a wide range of business systems and IT infrastructure.

Requirements

???? What You’ll Do

  • Provide Level 1 / Level 1.5 technical support for desktops, laptops, software, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
  • Support Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Perform Active Directory user administration including account creation, password resets, and access management
  • Support users working remotely through Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
  • Assist with administration and support of business applications, including CRM, LMS, and operational software
  • Configure and deploy computers, monitors, phones, and other end-user equipment
  • Support VOIP phone setup and troubleshooting
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures within the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required
  • Participate in ongoing IT initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Deliver friendly, professional support while maintaining a high level of customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 in a business environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Basic experience with Active Directory administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to CRM, LMS, or other enterprise applications
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience supporting Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
  • VOIP phone support experience
  • Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification
