To be successful as a QIS Technology- Tech Lead, you should have:
  • Knowledge in designing and developing enterprise solutions using Java
  • Experience with Python and able to leverage it to create fit for purpose solutions
  • Experience with reporting solutions like Power BI and creating user friendly reporting solutions using structured and unstructured data
  • Experience in working with Quantitative Strategies or Indices and relevant product knowledge related to Equity and/or Commodity derivatives
  • Ability in working with database and data stores - Oracle, SQL Server

Other highly valued skills include:
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster
  • Validated ability to oversee and develop high-performing teams of 4-8 professionals

Minimum Salary: $170,000
