Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
โข Serve as the program leader for large-scale enterprise technology transformations, coordinating business, technology, and change workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
โข Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, translating strategy into executable roadmaps and driving informed decision-making.
โข Ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes through strong governance, risk management, and value realization.
โข Design, stand up, and lead Transformation Offices that integrate program governance, technology delivery, change management, enterprise architecture alignment, and benefits tracking.
โข Assess client readiness and define operating models required to execute complex, technology-enabled transformations.
โข Partner with client IT and architecture leaders to ensure alignment between business capabilities, application landscapes, and delivery sequencing.
โข Lead and govern third-party system integrators, holding delivery partners accountable for scope, quality, timeline, and outcomes.
โข Support SI selection, mobilization, and execution, acting as an independent advisor to the client throughout the lifecycle.
โข Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and executive escalations across vendors.
โข Own delivery on engagements of moderate to high complexity, including scope, budget, profitability, team leadership, and client satisfaction.
โข Partner with ES&E and technology leadership to shape firm strategy, offerings, and go-to-market approaches for technology-enabled transformation.
โข Collaborate with industry leaders to tailor solutions for priority markets and clients.
โข Support Directors and Partners in identifying, shaping and pitching projects to new prospects and existing clients.
โข Develop SOWs, pricing models, and delivery approaches that balance client value and firm economics.
โข Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, points of view, and external publications.
โข Lead, mentor, and develop Managers and Consultants, modeling West Monroe values in client and internal settings.
โข Serve as a Career Advisor, supporting performance management and professional growth.
โข Actively participate in recruiting and talent development efforts.
Qualifications:
Required:
โข Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience required.
โข 8+ years of experience leading complex programs or portfolios, including enterprise technology transformations; with at least one of the following:
โข 3 full lifecycle major system implementations (e.g. ERP, CRM, HCM) with project/program management roles
โข 5+ years as part of a transformation office overseeing a large portfolio of initiatives and managing value realization
โข Lead technology workstream for a merger or carveout in a moderate-to-high complexity transaction.
โข Proven experience leading programs involving third-party system integrators, including vendor governance and executive-level issue management.
โข Experience operating within or establishing Transformation Offices, PMOs, or integrated governance models.
โข Working knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, including business capabilities, application landscapes, and integration considerations.
โข Strong understanding of program and portfolio governance approaches (PMI, waterfall, Agile, SAFe).
โข Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
โข Business development experience, including account growth, proposal development, and pricing.
โข Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
โข Ability to travel up to 50%.
