This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

US Bank is seeking a Technology Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes across the organization. This role operates within a high-visibility internal consulting organization responsible for helping leaders solve complex challenges, execute large-scale technology programs, and drive meaningful organizational change.

This person will partner closely with executive leaders, CIOs, and stakeholders across the enterprise to develop strategy, lead transformation initiatives, drive program execution, deliver executive communications, and influence outcomes within a highly matrixed environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic technology transformation initiatives from planning through execution
  • Build governance structures, operating models, and execution frameworks
  • Analyze complex business and technology challenges and develop recommendations
  • Drive accountability, manage risks, and navigate escalations across matrixed teams
  • Create executive-level presentations, communications, and reporting
  • Develop dashboards, analytics, and performance insights using Power BI and Excel
  • Present recommendations and progress updates to executive leadership
  • Facilitate collaboration among business, technology, and leadership stakeholders
  • Influence strategic decisions and support organizational change initiatives
  • Monitor program health and drive corrective actions when needed
Must Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of consulting, business transformation, technology strategy, or related experience
  • Experience leading complex enterprise projects or programs
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation and executive communication skills
  • Strong Power BI, Excel, and analytical capabilities
  • Executive stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience operating within highly matrixed environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated success driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Financial services or banking experience
  • Big 4, Accenture, Slalom, or consulting firm background

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
