This Transformation Consultant reports to the Director of Technology Transformation and helps business and technology teams successfully deliver strategic initiatives and operational improvements. This role combines strategic analysis, problem solving, stakeholder leadership, change enablement, and execution management to help teams navigate complexity, remove obstacles, and achieve business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable, entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in ambiguity, learns new business domains quickly, and balances critical thinking with practical execution. Success in this role is measured by the ability to create clarity, drive alignment, remove obstacles, and help teams achieve intended business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, helping teams navigate complex challenges and strategic initiatives.
  • Quickly understand business objectives, stakeholder needs, constraints, and dependencies to identify the most effective path forward.
  • Lead discovery, planning, and problem-solving sessions to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution.
  • Analyze business processes, organizational impacts, risks, and solution options to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Translate strategic goals into practical execution plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and proactively address risks, gaps, dependencies, and organizational challenges that may impact success.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, presentations, and decision support materials.
  • Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption efforts.
  • Establish and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks to support successful execution.
  • Guide initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring teams remain focused on achieving business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience translating business objectives into actionable plans, managing risks and dependencies, and driving successful execution.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
