Job description

What You'll DoAre you energized by the complexity of large-scale technology and transformation initiatives - and the discipline it takes to keep them moving?As a Project Manager on our Technology & Transformation consulting team, you'll be at the center of the action, supporting clients through some of their most significant change programs. From maintaining project plans and governance artifacts to coordinating across workstreams and preparing executive-level reporting, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their transformation goals - while building a strong foundation for a long-term consulting career.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Support Project and Engagement Managers in planning and managing technology and transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, action logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project actions, decisions, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Follow up with workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure commitments and deliverables remain on track.
  • Help identify schedule, resource, scope, or delivery risks and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Support project governance processes and ensure required project documentation is maintained.

PMO & Project Reporting

  • Maintain core PMO artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, decision logs, and governance materials.
  • Collect and consolidate updates from project workstreams into weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare project status reports and executive-level presentations with guidance from senior project leadership.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
  • Support financial and resource tracking, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and utilization where applicable.
  • Help establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and processes.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and accessible to the broader team.

Technology & Transformation Delivery

  • Support consulting teams delivering technology implementations, operating model transformations, digital transformation programs, process improvement initiatives, and other strategic change programs.
  • Develop an understanding of the client's business objectives, technology environment, and transformation priorities.
  • Coordinate across business, technology, and consulting workstreams to help ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Support requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, testing coordination, implementation planning, and change activities as appropriate to the engagement.
  • Assist with translating complex project information into clear, actionable updates for different stakeholder groups.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve project delivery processes and client outcomes.

Client Experience

  • Build effective working relationships with consultants, client stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership.
  • Communicate project updates clearly and professionally across different levels of the organization.
  • Support client meetings and presentations.
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and accountability for assigned activities.
  • Proactively identify information gaps, conflicting priorities, and potential delivery challenges.
  • Maintain a professional, client-service-oriented approach in all interactions.
Who You Are

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, consulting, PMO, technology delivery, business operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, or deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to create clear, professional project documentation and presentations.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new project management methodologies, technologies, and consulting approaches.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a technology consulting, management consulting, or professional services environment.
  • Exposure to technology implementations, digital transformation, ERP/CRM programs, data initiatives, cloud programs, or operating model transformations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with PMO practices and project governance.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations or client-facing materials.
  • CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or other relevant certification - or an interest in pursuing one.

Estimated Base Range: $95,000-$120,000

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
