Job description

Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Transformation Program Manager to lead a complex, multi-workstream transformation program. The role involves ensuring alignment to the Enterprise IT Strategy, mobilizing the transformation program, and driving execution across organizational boundaries to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Establish and lead the overall program structure, governance, and operating cadence
โ€ข Define program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with IT Leadership Team
โ€ข Ensure alignment and coordination across all workstreams
โ€ข Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues
โ€ข Translate executive priorities into actionable program plans
โ€ข Partner with IT leaders, and business leaders as needed, to ensure shared ownership and accountability
โ€ข Ensure targeted outcomes are tied to measurable business value
โ€ข Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership and governance bodies
โ€ข Facilitate decision-making and escalate issues appropriately
โ€ข Maintain alignment across business units and functional leaders
โ€ข Partner with change management to drive adoption of new processes and operating models
โ€ข Ensure communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans are in place
โ€ข Anticipate and address organizational resistance
โ€ข Establish consistent reporting, status tracking, and accountability mechanisms
โ€ข Ensure alignment with enterprise governance (e.g., architecture, security, finance)
โ€ข Drive disciplined execution without creating unnecessary overhead
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Proven track record leading large-scale IT transformation programs from initial concept through execution, including scoping, structuring, and program mobilization
โ€ข Demonstrated experience partnering closely with senior IT executives (CIO, CTO, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and application leaders) to define strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps
โ€ข Strong background establishing and governing multi-workstream programs, including areas such as: Expense optimization and cost transparency, Workforce transformation and capacity planning, Organizational change management and adoption
โ€ข Deep understanding of program setup fundamentals: governance models, operating cadence, dependency management, risk controls, and executive reporting
โ€ข Experience building and leading cross-functional teams, aligning business and technology stakeholders, and driving accountability across complex organizations
โ€ข Skilled in developing business cases, financial models, and value tracking mechanisms to ensure benefits realization
โ€ข Ability to bring structure to ambiguityโ€”defining scope, sequencing initiatives, and setting realistic delivery plans in evolving environments
โ€ข Strong command of change management principles, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption measurement
โ€ข Experience implementing or working within established delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile at scale, traditional program governance, or hybrid models)
โ€ข Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to leadership and steer decision-making
โ€ข Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
โ€ข Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be on-site in Westfield Center, OH three days a week
